Information you provide

• Contact forms: Name, email address, subject, and message content — submitted directly to Wix Forms.
• Partnership inquiries: Business name, contact name, email, phone, business type, location, product interests, and message — submitted directly to Wix Forms.
• Order information: Name, email, phone number, order details, and delivery preferences — stored and managed within Wix eCommerce.
• Payment data: Processed securely by Wix Payments. We do not store credit card information on our servers; all payment handling occurs within the Wix platform.

Information collected automatically

• Vercel Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymous page view statistics and web performance metrics. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information. IP addresses are cryptographically hashed and never stored in raw form.
• Visitor session token:A Wix visitor session token is stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your shopping cart between visits. This token contains no personal information.

• Process orders: Fulfill bakery orders and arrange pickup or delivery through Wix eCommerce.
• Payment processing: Complete transactions securely through Wix Payments.
• Respond to inquiries: Address contact form and partnership requests submitted through Wix Forms.
• Order management: Track order status and communicate delivery details via Wix eCommerce.
• Improve our website: Anonymized analytics to understand how visitors use the site and identify performance issues.
• Legal compliance: Meet our obligations under Canadian privacy and tax laws.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Wix platform: Order, form submission, and payment data is processed and stored within Wix in accordance with their privacy policy.
